Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

At Brace & Buckle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general wear and tear. Please choose carefully before purchasing. We are a very small business, one day we may be able to offer this, but currently there is a no-return policy.

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at braceandbuckle@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.

Where is my item being shipped from?

We are a very small NZ based business in the Manawatu.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed and sourced by Brace & Buckle, and are manufactured overseas. We monitor the products to maintain quality standards and ensure each product meets our expectations before being offered for sale.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on the quantity purchased. We are working on getting it cheaper in the future. Usually starts around $9 for urban places in NZ, and $14 for rural deliveries.
